“Certainly Sri Krishna will protect me, because He is the friend of the devotees. He will definitely bless us with all auspiciousness and success.” We are celebrating the 113rd appearance day of Srila Bhakti Rakshak Sridhar Maharaj who has held light to us with those words above.

Thanks to the weekend everybody started to turn up early in our center. As we had already prepared the Sridhar Maharaj’s altar on the previous day only the details had remained for us to deal with. After the lunch arati we all sat together for prasad. Having listened to one of the influential preachings of Ramaray Prabhu we started the kirtan maintaining our enthusiastic mood. Kirtan lasted for hours and hours. .... No wonder that it took longer than the other regular kirtans that we sang and it

was so enthusiastic. To chant the holy names of Sri Sri Radha-Krishna in the presence of the Guardian of devotion Srila B.R. Sridhar Maharaj made us forget all about the time. But it was time to give a break to kirtan because it was early evening and arati time... after the arati having eaten delicious cakes and cookies we were still very enthusiastic so we danced. Maha-mantra grasped us so deeply that at the end of the day even we were leaving the center it was echoeing inside our minds...
