 Ankara, Turkey – 07-09.09.2007

The second yoga camp organized by our yoga center was especially for the new participants. Our friends who have just finished the course would be able to join in our such activities and there would be brand new experiences waiting for them…  Although they knew that meditation was to be able to sit still and purify the mind from wandering thoughts, they had already experienced the fact that it was not that easy to stop their inner talks. However in Bolu they not only learnt the methods to stop the inner talks but also to throw out all of the suppressed feelings and thoughts.

Our vacation would last short compared to the previous ones. For this reason, in order not to waste our time we set off early in the morning and as soon as we arrived at the hotel we put our luggage in our rooms and had our breakfast. After the breakfast, our leader Ramaray explained the programme in a more detailed way this time. Since our vacation had a special purpose our teacher wanted us to do certain things that were not usual for us… but every one was ready to practise them. Under the direction of our

teacher, we were “reborn”, felt our loneliness in the crowd, and by stopping our minds we had a chance to look what was inside of us, we became consciously mad… In short, during these three 3 days, we had such experiences that can not be put into words.

We needed more time to learn the techniques of how to go deep inside and how to purify our minds, but everything we did here contributed a lot to our self-development. As one of our friends said: “the level we achieved at during this 2-3 day vacation could be hardly attained in a 10 year of our daily life.”  Yes, it was a 3 day break but every minute of it was fully lived by staying alone in nature, forgetting about past and future, stopping the inner talks and feeling our minds getting more clear at every passing minute.
